On the event stage, the 3rd edition of the Vap Chef contest pushed the mixologists’ creativity to the limit.
Orchestrated by the duo composed of Chef Norbert Tarayre, Honorary President, and host Charlie Clark, the event took place under the watchful eye of an expert jury: Florent Biriotti, Maeva Kulhaneck, Olivier Eynaud and a public member selected by lottery.This flagship competition presented an unprecedented challenge to the competitors… decoding a bottle-shaped cake design, combining the rich flavor of chocolate and cream with the fruity freshness of a mango-passion fruit duo.Between race-against-the-clock pressure and demanding taste buds, the five participating brands put on a top-tier performance!A big congratulations to the Al-Kīmiyā team, who successfully cracked the subtle intricacies of this mystery recipe to claim first place on the podium.
